Upon finding Samuel Cottage, my heart was immediately warmed by the cosy and welcoming atmosphere. the owners, Geraint and Olwen, were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great advice on local climbing routes and dog-friendly beaches. the location was simply idyllic, with nature right at our doorstep and a beautiful view of the mountains from our bedroom window. The cottage itself was well-equipped, with a separate dining area and kitchen that had everything we needed, from a stove and oven to a dishwasher and microwave. We were even treated to some delicious homemade biscuits and fresh milk upon our arrival, a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel at home. the enclosed garden and patio were perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea, while our furry companion loved the access to the river for some playtime. We took advantage of the nearby cycling path to explore Caernarfon, enjoying the picturesque views along the way. the Welsh Highland Steam Train, just a short walk from the property, offered another charming way to experience the beauty of the area. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for those traveling with pets. Geraint and Olwen's hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. So, if you're looking for a peaceful and pet-friendly retreat in the heart of Wales, look no further than Samuel Cottage.
